Who Is Streetscape?
Streetscape is a New Zealand company based in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. Streetscape specialises in the design and manufacturing of quality street furniture and street lighting solutions. Amongst our clients are councils and developers.
The company is owned and operated by two brothers - Richard and Bruce Lowe - who have been involved with the manufacturing industry since the 1980s.
Streetscape NZ was acquired in early 2005, as a business specialising in the fabrication of street furniture ranging from lighting, bollards, fencing, shelters and customised decorative features for the enhancement of urban landscapes. Manufacturing was duly moved to Streetscape's sister company - The Stainless Factory.
What makes Streetscape so different?
Rather than simply supplying products from a catalogue for a particular project, Streetscape has adopted a genuine partnering approach. We strive to work alongside designers and developers to create the most suited, high quality urban-design furniture and lighting. We are commited to meet and exceed the client's objectives and expectations for every project.
Streetscape's company philosophy has been embraced by many forward-thinking councils and developers, who recognise the value of a partner that can supply a risk-managed project, and is easy to do business with.
The Streetscape Approach
Streetscape's approach is to listen to you and understand your design brief, or work with your designer’s concepts, then collaboratively detail and build to the final installed product. Our solutions could begin with a simple brief that typically encompasses the flavour of the project.
For example: – “To help reflect our culture and heritage”, “To speak of the landscape that is our part of the country”, “We want furniture that talks about the direction of our town/centre/city.”
This is where Streetscape excels - We work with you to create truly unique urban street furniture that reflects your heart and desire.
